{"id":1339,"date":"2016-03-09T12:29:08","date_gmt":"2016-03-09T08:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aba.az\/en\/aba-haqqinda\/t%c9%99skilati-struktur\/umumi-yigincaq\/"},"modified":"2016-03-28T16:52:51","modified_gmt":"2016-03-28T12:52:51","slug":"umumi-yigincaq","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aba.az\/en\/aba-haqqinda\/t%c9%99skilati-struktur\/umumi-yigincaq\/","title":{"rendered":"General Assembly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme management body of the Association is the General Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>The General Assembly consisting of all representatives of the Association members is called not less than once a year.<\/p>\n<p>The exceptional powers of the General Assembly include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Making amendments to the Charter of the Association, having the Charter approved in a new edition;<\/li>\n<li>Defining the rules for the formation of and the principles of using association property;<\/li>\n<li>Selecting the members of the Presidium for a period of 5 years and dismissing them from their posts ahead of schedule in the following cases:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; member-organization presents a written request on itself;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; member-organization gives up or is removed from the membership of the Association;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; member-organization misses 4 (four) successive sessions of the Presidium.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selecting the members of the Audit Committee of the Association for a period of 5 years;<\/li>\n<li>Selecting a President and Vice-presidents from the composition of the Presidium for a period of 5 years;<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and approving the reports of the Presidium and the Audit Committee of the Association;<\/li>\n<li>Making decisions on whether the Association is going to enter local, foreign and international organizations or not;<\/li>\n<li>Making a decision on the termination of the Association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The General Assembly can include any issue related with the activity of the Association into its authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Decisions of the General Assembly are formalized by the minute of a meeting signed by the chairman and the Secretary of the meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme management body of the Association is the General Assembly.
