{"id":1373,"date":"2016-03-13T12:20:41","date_gmt":"2016-03-13T08:20:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aba.az\/en\/aba-haqqinda\/uzvl%c9%99rimiz\/uzvluk-s%c9%99rtl%c9%99ri\/"},"modified":"2016-03-28T17:32:13","modified_gmt":"2016-03-28T13:32:13","slug":"uzvluk-s%c9%99rtl%c9%99ri","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aba.az\/en\/aba-haqqinda\/uzvl%c9%99rimiz\/uzvluk-s%c9%99rtl%c9%99ri\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms of Membership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Admission to and termination of membership in ABA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admission to membership is decided by the Board of Governors of ABA on the basis of a written application from the incumbent organization.<\/li>\n<li>The newly accepted member shall pay the initial membership due within 10 business days after the admission decision.<\/li>\n<li>Membership in ABA is terminated in the following cases:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; when an organization exits ABA voluntarily;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; when an organization is excluded from ABA membership.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Member can be excluded from ABA in the following cases:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Neglecting obligations defined in and\/or violating the statues of this Charter;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pursuing activities contradicting to the goals of ABA.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of exit or exclusion from membership, membership dues as well as all voluntary contributions paid by this member are not redeemable.<\/li>\n<li>Member organizations excluded from ABA membership by the Board of Governors have the right to appeal to the General Assembly and to the court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Admission to and termination of membership in ABA.
