The \u201cHuman Capital Forum \u2013 2018\u201d was held jointly by the Azerbaijan Banking Association (ABA) and the Azerbaijani Human Resource Society (HR Society), the main sponsor of the International Bank of Azerbaijan in Baku.<\/p>\n

HR managers of financial institutions in Azerbaijan, members of the Azerbaijan Human Resource Society, human resources management researchers, trainers and consultants participated in forum.<\/p>\n

Opening speech was made by President of the ABA Zakir Nuriyev;\u00a0Javanshir Abdullayev, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Human Resources Society 3. Shola Akbarova, Director of Human Resources Management and Organizational department at the International Bank of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

Human Capital Forum was focused on role of HR managers in human capital formation, recruitment and motivation of talented staff, elimination of people\u2019s fear of changing, assessment tools, International Experience in Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n
