Court of Arbitration was established in 2001 to ensure the out-of-court settlement of disputes that may occur between ABA members. Court of Arbitration consists of the Jury, the chairman of the Court of Arbitration, 2 deputies and a secretariat. A jury is an authorized individual in the field of law with a higher education in law or economics, having special knowledge related to his profession and, who is in the list of juries.
The list of juries includes at least 3 Juries. The chairman of the Court of Arbitration of ABA is selected from the Juries upon the decision of the Presidium. The decision is made with a simple majority.
The responsibilities of the chairman include the organization of activity of the Court and the fulfillment of the functions required by the regulation of the Court of Arbitration.
