Admission to and termination of membership in ABA.
- Admission to membership is decided by the Board of Governors of ABA on the basis of a written application from the incumbent organization.
- The newly accepted member shall pay the initial membership due within 10 business days after the admission decision.
- Membership in ABA is terminated in the following cases:
– when an organization exits ABA voluntarily;
– when an organization is excluded from ABA membership.
- Member can be excluded from ABA in the following cases:
– Neglecting obligations defined in and/or violating the statues of this Charter;
– Pursuing activities contradicting to the goals of ABA.
- In case of exit or exclusion from membership, membership dues as well as all voluntary contributions paid by this member are not redeemable.
- Member organizations excluded from ABA membership by the Board of Governors have the right to appeal to the General Assembly and to the court.
