The visit to Turkey within the framework of the training and experience exchange program of “Loan Expert Group” of the ABA and other credit executives of Azerbaijani banks with the leading banks of Turkey has ended. The event was organized by the Azerbaijan Bank Training Center with the support of the Azerbaijan Banks Association and The Banks Association of Turkey.
Within the framework of the program, the participants were trained about innovations in corporate and retail banking in the Turkish banking sector, new trends in digital lending and sales, the process of loan documentation and ways to increase its efficiency, the application of electronic signatures and the effects of digitalization, the lending process in “Agile” management, the agricultural credit mechanism in Turkey, the credit of banks portfolio control, credit analysis (as well as credit analysis methods in Islamic banking), underwriting and other topics, trainings and meetings were held.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Bank Training Center (ABTC) was established by the European Union in 2000 and is a subsidiary of the Azerbaijan Banks Association. Until now, ABTC has organized about 2500 training courses for more than 36 thousand listeners on about 240 training topics.
